No cancellations, no change-of-mind returns.
The only exception: if your piece arrives damaged.
If that happens:
- Contact me within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos of the damage
- If approved, you’ll return the item at your expense
- Refund is issued after I receive and inspect it
